Yesterday, I went to Shinsaibashi, Osaka on my way home from a business trip. It was slightly late and I could not consult with Umaizumi, so I went to Jizake on a hunch for the first restaurant.
First, we compared three types of sake. The owner agreed to let me drink the kijozo-shu last, though I really wanted three kinds.
REGULUS is clear and crisp with a crisp acidity reminiscent of lemon and grapefruit. The impression is that the acidity is quite strong.
