Hana-Kun, which I have been curious about every year but have not been able to drink.
It has a good balance of fresh, crisp acidity and a gentle graininess of orikara. The balance is similar to Momoten, but I feel that Hana-Kyun has a slightly stronger acidity and sharpness.
