BBQ at my parents' house, quickly emptied a small amount of low-alcohol "Akanesasu" and went on to the next drink 🍶.
We had bought 14 bottles of sake (one of them was "Akanesasu") on our trip to Shinshu, which was 10 bottles more than we had planned, so we decided to drink the sake we had in stock and opened this one ✨.
Abe Junmai Nama Sake.
The aroma of tranquil and plump rice flavor, the slight carbonation you feel on the tip of your tongue, the shift to a sizzling umami and sweetness, the sharp finish, and the deep lingering aftertaste that makes you feel a little bit sad.
The luxury of drinking nama-zake outside, with a slightly cooler night breeze and the faint chirping of crickets, is an extremely pleasant and intoxicating experience.
Even my father, who said it was a bit sweet, seemed to like it as he drank it with ease.
The kids made s'mores with marshmallows on skewers and enjoyed the BBQ to the fullest!
My dad used to prepare the BBQ by himself, but since his back surgery, he's been doing it on his own.
I think it's proof that he's still in good health that he doesn't give up the fire 🤔.
By the way, the brands I bought on my trip to Shinshu are
Shinshu Kamerei
Honkin
Kuromatsu Senjo
Shinanotsuru
Yamazan
Akanezasu
Secret
I will be reviewing them along with the stock originally left in the cellar ✨.

Hi Aladdin!
I'm on my parents' property, so the fridge is close by and it's easy to replenish the coolant, so I opened a bottle of raw sake 😁.
It was one of those rare bottles that you have to buy, so I'll open it when I get the chance ✨.

Hi Manachie, ☀☀☀☀☀☀☀☀☀☀☀.
Actually, this iron plate belongs to the town where my parents live, but my father, who was the ward mayor at the time, had no place to keep it, so he brought it back and took care of it 😁 I give it to him when I use it.

Hello Maechen!
It's easy to prepare and manage 😁.
We also have a refrigerator in the warehouse so you can take out beer and alcohol right away 👍️

Hi, ma-ki-chan!
I'm a parent now, and I think it's important to have parents do things for you when you're a kid 😁.
I thought it might be a little too sweet, but it went surprisingly well✨

Hi Jay & Nobby!
The BBQ was more beer than sake, but it was a blissful time to learn from Mr. Noodle Sake King and match ✨.
I had 13 four-packs myself, so it was the small bottles of "Akane Sasu" that made the difference between winning and losing 🤣.
