The 8 "Abe" bottles that at one point filled the cellar have 3 bottles left 😁 leaving 2 standard bottles to be opened tonight 🍶. Abe THE ARANAMI It is sold in early spring, and the brewery's idea is to let people taste the state of the rice of the year, so the year the rice melts is "SAZANAMI", while the year it does not melt well is "ARANAMI". The moment I opened the package and removed the outer packaging, I was surprised to see a powerful "pop! The lid shot out with great force! I thought "Oh no!" but it didn't blow out and I was relieved💦. [Gulping down the sake] The aroma of rice is full and lactic acidic, the mouthfeel is slightly sweet, and the acidity is very sharp, and after it finishes, there is a sweet rice aroma and a deep aftertaste on the nose. Trip time: 11 seconds [Glass] A clean rice aroma, a slight carbonation felt on the tip of the tongue, a clean sweet umami, a sharp acidity, and a lingering sweet citrus-like aroma after it finishes. This is also an 11-second trip time! Double tataki of Spanish mackerel and bonito for the entrée, and add garlic chips for a punchy flavor with the sweet and savory taste that is typical of "Abe". Finally watched [Yonjohan Taiman Machine Blues], which I wanted to watch while drinking, and the key to the story [Gozan no Okuribi] is already next week ✨.

Hi Gyve-san, good evening. 8 bottles of Abe-san alone would take up a cellar 😁. This sake looks so refreshing and tasty, I can't wait to drink it 🎵. I'm getting more and more eager to drink it, Abe-san ✨.

Hi Gyve 😃 I'm happy to look at my sake hoard right after I buy it 😊 but when it gets low, I get sad 😮‍💨 I never knew that the name of the sake changes depending on how the rice is melted!

Hi Jive, good evening 🦉. I can only envy you so much Abe 😻 Like J&N, I've never heard that the name changes depending on how it melts 😳. I love Spanish mackerel, but I've never had tataki, I'd like to taste it!

Good evening, ma-ki-san 🌛. I was surprised by the sweet and tasty sake, which is hard to believe that it was made in a year when the rice did not melt 😁. It was an interesting bottle to see what it would taste like if you did a [SAZANAMI] with it ✨.

Good evening, Jay & Nobby 🌛. I feel powerful when the cellar is full, but with each decrease I feel a sense of frustration, not to say a sense of crisis 🤣. I'm off to Shinshu to buy some more 😁.

Good evening, Pon-chan 🌛. I bought some "Abe", which is a new local product, so I took the chance to buy it while it is still unknown to the people of the prefecture 😁. Spanish mackerel is often caught on the Echizen coast, so this is the fishmonger's homemade tataki!
