Abe Star Series FOMALHAUT Imperial Sake UNITED ARROWS
I found out after I bought it that there are 3 versions: Nama-shu, Nama-kumi, and Hi-ire ✨.

The aroma of rice and banana with a hint of sweetness, the rich sweetness of the mouthfeel, the sweet aftertaste through the nose, and the slight bitterness at the end.

Aroma of ripe banana, rich and juicy sweetness on the palate, and a sweet aftertaste on the nose.
It is said that the base "FOMALHAUT", which is made by using kijo sake instead of brewing water, has been aged for a longer period of time,
As the label on the back says, the overwhelming sweetness comes to the forefront, and it has a characteristic sweet aftertaste that almost makes you feel as if you are going to be consumed.
Compared to the base, the sharp acidity is gone, and the sweet flavor is enhanced.
I paired it with a meal, but as the label on the back says, it would be great with a savory cheese after a meal 🤔.

We had 8 bottles of "Abe" at one point, but now we only have 3 bottles left 🤣.
It looks like I'm going to shift to the Shinshu Sake Festival in the future, but it's unknown how many bottles I'll be able to buy to take home 💦.
