What a light first sip!
I had never been to Niigata Prefecture for a drinking trip before.
I thought it would be a good learning experience before participating in the sake competition.
After watching a news program about the efforts of Shimomura Suisan in Nanao City, Ishikawa Prefecture after the earthquake, I decided to eat and support them by purchasing Noto Oyster in Oil!
