Tokushima Travel A drink at a hotel in Miyoshi City Slightly banana-like aroma. Slightly sweet and flows like water. Perfect as a food sake. It is also good on its own. For some reason, Tokushima City izakayas don't have much local sake, but here (at a hotel in Miyoshi City), there are three Miyoshi breweries on the menu, which is great!

First time writing from outside only Late summer vacation in Tokushima Ginjo aroma is not so long Soft and dry Refreshing and soft As for snacks, fried food, sashimi, yubiki (boiled fish)... It goes well with any kind of food. A perfect sake for a mid-meal drink without being overbearing.

This was also a gift from my son's girlfriend and had been sitting in the fridge. The aroma is like a Daiginjo with apple and apricot added to the Ginjo aroma. Later on, there is also a slight scent of cypress, which is a little subdued, but combined with the soft mouthfeel, it is just right. It's been a while since I've had a Daiginjo! I'm so happy!

First of all, it is served chilled. A little acidity and a little bitterness. Not much aroma. Then I tried heating it up. Even though it is heated, the flavor is soft and spreads like water on the tongue. Slightly milky aroma. I thought it would go well with grilled white fish, and drank it with Hiraten as a side dish!

Slightly creamy and sweet aroma Slightly thick, soft, and full-bodied. and full-bodied mouthfeel Slightly bitter with a hint of acidity This was also bought in Takehara City. By the way, I drank it at about 10 degrees Celsius. The label says it can be heated up, so I'll give it a try 😁.

At about low temperature (6 degrees). The aroma is mineral, citrus acidity, and a slight umami flavor, just like a white wine. And drink it with a side of oiled grouper. You can taste only the umami without the fishy smell. When the temperature exceeds 10 degrees Celsius, you can taste the umami. I wonder if I can drink it by itself while savoring it - well, I'm almost always without any snacks😅. It was worth the trip to Takehara City to buy it!

Soft fruity aroma (I can't really describe it 😅) with a hint of cypress and a sweet aroma like condensed milk. It is a little thick, soft and sweet, and seems to melt in the mouth. It is so easy to drink that it is hard to believe that it is undiluted sake. Delicious!

The aroma is lychee and vanilla, with a little cedar coming in later. It's soft and fluffy and sweet, but still has a bit of acidity. My son's girlfriend gave it to me and I was too lazy to drink it, so I let it sit in the fridge for more than a year.

It has a subtle pear aroma. A little thick in the mouth, with a hint of apricot. aroma of apricot. It is thick but has a soft taste. I was attracted by the label and bought it. It was totally different from the image I had of 80% (robust, acidic and suitable for hot sake, just my own image).

I was attracted by the cute and poppy label. When I uncorked the bottle, I heard a light pop! The fresh acidity and carbonation in the mouth is summery! The mouthfeel is refreshing and the sweetness remains.
