Daijozo Drinking Comparison
The flavor was less intense, perhaps because it was drunk with junmai ginjo, but I felt the alcohol was stronger.
I want to know more and more about Shizuoka sake.
Special Junmai with Sashimi
The aroma of apple spread in the mouth as soon as it entered the mouth, as if pulled by Aomori! The sake is sharp, or rather, it rises and falls quickly. A very pleasant sake!
Gulped it down with albacore tempura.
I had heard that it was a junmai ginjo with a sweet mellow taste, but the impression I got was that it was easy to drink. The gorgeous fruitiness that passed through my nose made the aftertaste of the seafood go away cleanly.
Super dry Junmai Ginjo
At Kichijoji Coed, the owner is from Shizuoka and insisted on recommending Hana-no-Mai's Japanese sword. LOL!
The owner of the restaurant, who is from Shizuoka, insisted on recommending Hana-no-Mai's Japanese sword, which is a very dry and refreshing sake. It was delicious.
@Kichijoji Sushi and Oden Coedo
A sip with daikon radish from oden.
Fruity, with a mild and light mouthfeel. Aftertaste reminiscent of pineapple in fruity. No persistence.
