I like a sake called "Fukkai" too much.
I came from Tokyo to visit the brewery in Hirado, Nagasaki Prefecture.
We had a special connection and today, with the 15th generation brewer of Fukuda Sake Brewery
He took us on a sightseeing drive.
We had a great time talking about sake for hours.
