The first time I birthed it.
When I uncorked the bottle, the lid flew off with great force!
It's called Rokunozo, which means "six farmers' breweries", and they seem to be very particular about their brewing, so it has the feeling of being a traditional sake brewery, with a complex aroma.
It's very tasty, but the alcohol is still a little strong.
But it still has a strong alcohol taste.
I'm going to let it sit for a few days.
