Amber colored liquor in a sky blue bottle and cork. Chill it well. It has a strong rice flavor, but it has a refreshing mouthfeel with no cloying acidity. It is easy to drink with a refreshing aftertaste.
Junmai Ginjo from Omachi
At first, the taste is powerful, but it soon changes to a clear taste as shown on the label.
It is clear, but with a hint of savory and umami flavors.
Delicious, but I personally don't like the alcohol taste at the beginning. I would like it if it were a little more square. Maybe I was just sick.
Chilled in the refrigerator.
Fruity aroma, mellow mouthfeel, rice flavor, slightly dry aftertaste. It has a robust flavor but does not interfere with food.
Very tasty.
Polishing ratio 70%, alcohol 8%. Sweet and refreshing.
It is good as an aperitif when chilled.
It is best drunk with a glass of wine.
It can be enjoyed by both those who like sake and those who do not.
