Junmai Ginjo from Omachi At first, the taste is powerful, but it soon changes to a clear taste as shown on the label. It is clear, but with a hint of savory and umami flavors. Delicious, but I personally don't like the alcohol taste at the beginning. I would like it if it were a little more square. Maybe I was just sick.
