Nama-shu also has a sweet taste, so the sweetness and sourness give it a complex flavor. Some people may find the sourness of the sake alone to be too strong, but it goes well with meals. The sweetness is melon-like, the body is a little heavy, and it seems to go well with Western-style dishes.
