Not much aroma, but the moist texture and flavor of the raw sake is very drinkable
The alcohol content is 14 degrees.
It has a slight effervescence and a sharp aftertaste.
It does not taste like it would go well with a meal, but it is fruity, so there is no bad feeling at all.
Nama-shu is great!
