Aroma: Banana aroma, with a hint of ripeness in the background.
Taste: As is typical of daiginjos, it is very light on the palate, with banana sweetness and a fresh lychee-like sweetness. The taste of matured sake can be tasted at the back of the mouth, but the sense of maturity is not so strong.
It is not very hiyaoroshi-ish. But it is very tasty and goes very well with nuts.
