I went to the Sonoh Kuramoto New Year Sake Festival. We enjoyed many tastings including a light nigori of Yume-Ginko DREAM. It has a perfect balance of sweetness and chirichiri-ness that is typical of Yume-Ginko.

We compared the sake in cold and lukewarm temperatures. As is typical of new sake, the aroma and pungency hit me hard at first. Even when lukewarm, the punch remained the same, Personally, I think it is just fine cold.

Received Kozaemon freshly-pumped nigori sake, I went to Nakajima Brewery in Mizunami to pick up a bottle of Kozaemon freshly pumped nigori sake. After returning home, we immediately tried it. After about 10 minutes of adjusting the gushing sake, I finally tasted it and it was as fresh as I expected, The taste was as fresh as expected. ❗️ We are very satisfied with the taste. ‼️
