It comes out twice every year, a competition between Kamo Kinshu and Amago no Tsuki! Sake made with the same rice, yeast, and alcohol content! It's so easy to drink! That's what we call Amago no Tsuki! It's a dangerous sake that can go on and on! If anything, it's probably easier to pair with food than Kamo-Kinshu.

So sweet and pineapple-y! The sparkle factor is definitely high! When you first get into sake from this, your image of sake will probably change completely. I'm sure a lot of women will like this, but it's not for those who don't like sweetness, or those who want a strong taste of rice. Personally, I like sweet sake, so I like it.

We bought it directly at the sake brewery when we were touring. It was closed on Sunday, but when we asked, they took the trouble to open the door for us. It has a gentle taste that shows his personality. It's fruity, mellow, and easy to drink. It's so good! I can drink more and more! I drank it chilled today, but tomorrow I'll drink it warm!

Mr. Manta. It's delicious ^_^. I guess it changes depending on the atmosphere and physical condition at that time. I drank Tokujun too, but I like this one better!

Takachiyo has kanji, hiragana and romaji ones, but I think the one I like best is the romaji series one. The one from Dewa Tsannan was also delicious, but this one is more to my personal taste. It has a sweet aroma and a dangerous one that you can drink more and more of. I can recommend it to people who are new to sake.

I wonder if it's what they call ginjo aroma. It was fruity and easy to drink. It is certainly easier to understand when compared to Daishichi's Ikashiban. Purchased for tasting by international sake tasters

Purchased this book to submit an assignment for International Sake Tasting. From the label, I thought it would be quite strong, but it was much easier to drink than I imagined. Warmed up. Calm.

Last year it was chilled and grated Hozu. This year, Ryusei! The brewery was soaked in the torrential rain in July, and it seems to have suffered a great deal of damage. I love the taste, but I also want to show my support! It's delicious cold, but it's best served at room temperature or warmed and drunk slowly. You can really feel the flavor of the rice.
