Purchased at a sake store in Takamatsu.
The brewer had it packed for the sake store there.
The first day it was slightly fizzy and refreshing ♫
After the second day, the bubbles settle down and there is a nice, watery aftertaste in the mouth!
It has the classical aroma and acidity characteristic of Yamahai, but it is also fresh.
When you heat it up, it flails around against the food that comes at you, and finally your mouth settles down and you drink it again, as if nothing had happened. And then I drink too much. Maybe it's best when it's a little warm.
I don't know if it's good or bad that I only had one bottle... lol
I️ recently found a sake distributor and bought it on the spur of the moment.
The sweetness and fruity taste comes at first, but after swallowing, it disappears quickly and beautifully, and it is the best!
I want to drink it every year.
I've been wanting to drink it every year, but I haven't had much luck.
Although it does not have a strong gas pressure, the word "smooth" fits perfectly.
It has the richness that is characteristic of nigori, but it is not sweet, and it finishes on a dry note.
It's delicious!
Hatsu-Shibori is a must-have every year.
I've been drinking it almost every year, and every time I drink it, I'm amazed at how good it is.
I️ love the aroma of the first sip when I open the package and the cleanliness after drinking it.
This is a picture from last year💦
This is the hiyaoroshi version of Tamitsu.
It was more heavy than the usual Tamitsu.
But the aftertaste was very clean.
It's been a while since I've had one of these 😅.
I'm not sure if I'll be able to do it again, but I'm sure I'll be able to.
It was very tasty ♫.
I never knew that a few degrees of alcohol and a little bit of sake rice could make such a difference⁉️
I'm so glad I found you.
I bought this because I wanted a food wine.
Alcohol in the mouth? Ginjo aroma? is strongly felt. After that, you feel the sweetness, but when it goes over the mouth, the sharpness with an edge goes through.
When you drink it with food, the sharpness envelops the food and disappears with it.
Let's try the special junmai.
The initial aroma is low.
When you put it in your mouth, you don't feel the alcohol, but it is moist and familiar in your mouth.
After that, sweetness, bitterness, and astringency come at the same time, but at the end, the acidity finishes and it becomes a beautiful aftertaste as if you drank delicious water.
It goes well with dark food.
It is delicious.
Low-Alcohol Sake Vol. 3!
Toyofuai's local brand was released as Honjozo, but they are making it Junmai and distributing it.
It's good lukewarm.
The sweetness swells, but the low alcohol content blends well with the tongue.
There's a reason why I kept posting on the new politics.
I was so impressed by Shinsei's low alcohol original sake that I bought a low alcohol version of a brand I've liked for a long time. I️ was surprised to find that the taste was very similar to Shinsei.
It's not the same at all, of course.
It has a thick body and a lightness to it.
First on a new account!
First new politics!
This is a standard ecru.
What the hell is this in my mouth?
is my honest impression. (in a good way).
The aroma is mild, but you can feel several different types of aromas, and a refreshing, smooth sweetness comes. Finally, the distinct aroma of the wooden bucket tightens the mouth.
I can't stop drinking it, especially at 13 degrees.
It's so good😋.
Definitely a repeat!
