I want to drink it every year.
I've been wanting to drink it every year, but I haven't had much luck.
Although it does not have a strong gas pressure, the word "smooth" fits perfectly.
It has the richness that is characteristic of nigori, but it is not sweet, and it finishes on a dry note.
It's delicious!
