You can feel the thickening of the sake from the moment it is poured into the cup. It is mild on the palate and has a strong sake flavor. It has become milder than the third day after opening the bottle, and a bit of bitterness has also appeared? The taste is well balanced. I prefer it this way and this is really good. I drank it cold, but next time I'll try it warmed. Warming it up is delicious. The mild sweetness (not fruity) spreads further and is very good. Surprisingly goes well with chocolate!

10 years old.... First time I've had an aged one and I honestly don't know if it's aged correctly (please tell me if you know!). Smoky aroma and taste. It is rather addictive when drunk lukewarm and served with salted fish. I don't dislike it.

This sake is like a thick amazake (sweet sake). The alcohol content is 20%, so it is very drinkable. It is quite sweet, but not too strong. It would be hard to drink it all the time, but 180ml is just right. Perfect for this cold season!
