It is said to be the hottest sake in Japan.
They don't have it in their brewery, so we went to Ginzan Onsen to buy it. The liquor store there said they always have it on hand.
It has a pretty unique aroma.
It is a dry degree that lives up to its +28 name. It makes your tongue tingle.
If you like sake, you might want to try it at least once. They say it is only available in the 1-masu bottle.

It was definitely dry, but it had a unique aroma similar to the Bakurei Dry Sanboshi I had before. I wonder if it will be similar as the sake level rises?
If it was the same kariho, I would have preferred the regular dry one.

My favorite sake in Okunoto. It is not well known and is rarely available in pubs.
It is not marked as "dry" but I think it is a dry sake.
I highly recommend it.
