Slightly sweet, with a hint of ginjo aroma. Personally, I find it spicy. I don't know if it's right, but the ginjo aroma I felt here was like koji, which I don't really like. When I felt it in Akatake before, it became a delicious aroma after a day. So I have a feeling that it will be even better tomorrow. 3.1/5

The fruity and sweetness of this sake is exquisite, and I personally feel that it is a perfect sake. The fruity flavor is hard to describe, but not bad at all. (I couldn't describe it with fruit.) It's dangerous to drink it all down. There is a slight fizziness characteristic of raw sake. This time, it was a bottle. 4.4/5

The fizziness continued for a couple of days, but lessened on the fourth and fifth days, and the image of sweet sake became stronger. I'm enjoying the drink more, but I'm worried about whether I'll be okay tomorrow, and I'm also worried about how the taste will change in the future due to being too sweet. 4.3/5

Thick like a ginjo sake. The mouthfeel was good and slightly sweet. The aftertaste is a bit like a Yamahai? The aftertaste was a bit like that of a brewed alcohol? The aftertaste was a bit like a brewed alcohol? I don't know if it's acidity or what... Because of the peculiarity of the way it was made, I was looking forward to the taste like a grab bag of excitement. 2.7/5

For a moment, I felt the distinctive smell of koji. No tingling sensation. To be honest, I don't like the flavor. It might make me angry, but koji? An old barn? I found it subtle... It is moderately sweet and a little thick. It feels like it's growing on its own. It is easy to drink, with less of the ersatz feeling at the back of the tongue that I personally dislike in sake. By the second day, the smell of koji had subsided, and the sake had become a delicious, easy-to-drink sake with a thick, moderate sweetness. On the third day, it became even more fruity and delicious. 3.3/5 -> 4.1/5 -> 4.4/5

The taste is slightly sweet and you can feel koji. There is a tingling feeling peculiar to raw. It is young. It is prickly. After opening the bottle and letting it sit for a few days, the prickliness settles down a little and it becomes a delicious sake. 3/5 -> 3.2/5
