20年以上焼酎にハマってましたが、久々に日本酒の世界に戻ってきました。昔と比べると酵母、酒米の種類が格段に増え、磨きの技術も変わって、ものすごく美味しいかなっていると思います。新しい銘柄もどんどん出てきて、酒蔵さんの努力が伝わって来ます。これからは新しい日本酒の世界を楽しみます。カップ酒のカップ集めてるので、カップ酒の、投稿多くなると思います。

This is the first reissue of the Mizutani Brewery, which burned down last year, brewed at Sekiya Brewery. I support its revival. I like this sake because it has a great flavor!

It has been a while since I hit on my favorite type. I have never tasted Yuyamanishiki sake rice before, but it is delicious. It is delicious, yet easy to drink. It is a good sake!
