It has been a while since I hit on my favorite type. I have never tasted Yuyamanishiki sake rice before, but it is delicious. It is delicious, yet easy to drink. It is a good sake!
Contracted with a farmer in Nisshin City.
I expected full-bodied Kame-no-o, but it doesn't taste as good as I expected.
Since it is a local initiative, I would like to support it in the long run.
I love this type.
It does not claim to be a daiginjo, but if you taste it carefully, you can still sense its high quality. It is an easy-drinking sake with the robustness of Omachi.
This is my first time drinking Yuyamanishiki sake rice.
It has a slightly sweet taste with a slight umami flavor. The aroma is also nice, with a melon aroma that comes without insistence when you put it in your mouth.
It is a carefully crafted sake.
