Sake with yeast developed from 100% Hitogochi cosmos produced in Nagano Prefecture.
It is a refreshingly soft sake. The aftertaste is clean and refreshing.
Recommended by a friend. Masumi is a brand I used to drink about 30 years ago when local sake was becoming popular. The mellow sweetness comes first, followed by a hint of ginjo aroma. It has a reasonable body, which gives the impression that it goes well with all kinds of food, even meat!
The brewer came to the basement of the department store and explained to us about his brewery. The brewery is located in Kanagawa and grows its own rice.
It is very easy to drink, partly because it is a little low in alcohol content.
The label was cute, so I bought it just for the sake of the label (lol).
I picked this up thinking, "I love Asahi Koh, but I'm not a big fan of Omachi because it's too thick (I'm not a sake drinker)," but as one would expect!
It has a clean finish with a hint of ginjo aroma and a nama sake character, while still maintaining the robust flavor of OMACHI. As expected of the Watanabe Sake Brewery!
Recommended at the new sake section in the basement of the Seibu Department Store. It has a very light and round taste, a little spicy and fresh when opening the mouth. After opening, it became sweeter and more like sake.
Hachitan-Nishiki full-bodied. Chochin is usually reluctant to drink thick sake, but this one was clean, easy to drink, and delicious. It is sharp and tasty without becoming fluffy at the moment of drinking or at the end of drinking. It is sharp and tasty. (I also need to know about rice...)
Takananishiki. It has a rich ginjo aroma and a roundness that is typical of hiyaoroshi. It was delicious with hokke (hokke) instead of akitogi (swordfish).
My favorite autumn sake from Asahi Koh. It has a dry yet full flavor that does not disappoint. It is unfiltered sake bottled and stored at ice temperature. The rice is also uploaded with the blend details.
The taste of an orthodox ginjo. It is fruity, but also has a very nice astringent taste (or should I say that it has a rice-like quality). It is delicious on its own without getting tired of drinking, and goes well with food.
