Junmai Ginjo
Pitchy and sweet, like unfiltered raw sake!
Just right, I like the lactic acidity!
I'd love to buy some!
I felt a new trend since Abe had an image of Niigata-style robustness.
Junmai Daiginjo Tokuso Arabashiri
It is not too sweet and has good balance with a slight acidity. It does not seem to be too tiring to drink.
If it were blind, it would be a Junmai Ginjo.
Junmai, pure rice, white malted rice, 85% polished rice
The sweetness is weak and the acidity is high.
The image is that of a non-sweet Yakult-like sake.
P.S.
When drunk warmed at 50-60℃, the sweetness disappears, but the acidity gradually increases and the sake becomes well-balanced.
Very sweet with good sharpness. Slightly sake-like in the aftertaste.
My personal evaluation is that I get tired of drinking it.
P.S.
When heated, I drank it at human skin to warm temperature, and it became easier to drink as the sweetness was somewhat removed. Sake feeling becomes stronger than cold sake.
Personally, it is.
OCEAN 99 series
Unfiltered unpasteurized sake
Sweet, slightly tangy aftertaste with a hint of bitterness (acidity).
The price of about 1,700 yen including tax is a good value.
