It is sweet and sour like an apple, with a nice sharpness and a soft and faint sense of sake.
I personally like the cohesiveness.
When drunk warmed, the sweetness is lessened and the difference between the high and low points of the flavor is smaller. I imagine the sweetness is small at the beginning and slowly fades away.
