I learned about Makino Sake Brewery through the macho label and a friend of mine got it for me because he is a local.
The taste is good sweetness, shwashy and sharp.

If I were to compare it to wine, it would be a really beautiful, well-balanced white wine with no cloying taste.
It is quite expensive for sake, but I imagine it is about half the price of wine.
I felt that a wonderful sake was born.

The regular version had a little bit more of a tangy taste, or was a little hard to drink. I felt it was a bit hard to drink, so I thought this was a good choice.
