I stopped by a liquor store on a whim and bought it when I saw the heading "Only one bottle per person".
The label was a bit too bold: "A divine sake like nectar dedicated to the Sacred Dragon!
I was skeptical, but when I poured it into a sake cup and sipped it, I was surprised by its fresh and fruity flavor and ginjo aroma that wafted up into my nose ✨.
I opened the bottle in one gulp, regretting that I had opened it without preparing any special accompaniments.

At a souvenir shop in Hiroshima Station, I found and purchased a bottle of locally brewed sake from the town of Yasuura in Kure City.
I took a sip of the chilled sake, which I imagined to be a local sake of the same city, and found it to be much more robust than I expected!
I was told that it can be served cold, room temperature, or hot, but I have the impression that it would go well with hot sake, so next time I will try it hot 🎵.

I stopped by a liquor store every once in a while and discovered Chiebijin, which I hadn't had in a while, and immediately bought it!
It was a sake made from a sake rice called Aiyama, which I had never heard of before, but it had a fragrant aroma, a soft mouthfeel, and a delicious rice flavor ✨.

I found Ikezuki at a roadside station in the town of Onan, Shimane Prefecture!
The sake has a nice aroma from the wooden vat and is easy to drink, with a consistent taste.
I drank it in one gulp with a side of Hamada's akaten (red tempura).

出張で蔵元のご近所を訪問する機会があり、ここぞとばかりにゲットしました！
なでしこの花酵母が使われており、酒器に注いだ瞬間から香しい吟醸酒の香りが🎵
呑み口は、想像よりもどっしりとした味わいでしたが、あっさりした味付けの寄せ鍋とも相性がよく、グビグビやってしまいました。
ごちそうさまでした😋
