Sparkling Sake It has just the right amount of sweetness and acidity, and doesn't have too many habits characteristic of sake. I don't drink sparkling sake very often, so I don't know. It has a strength of 10, so you feel like you're drinking it! I would like to drink it with fruits. I might like to drink it with fruits.

I bought this at the Expo! This deep - it's 35% polished, but I feel like only the necessary parts are left. The sweetness is not sticky, it flows nicely, but only the aroma and umami are left. It's not cheap, so it's good if you can drink it once in a while.

Very easy to drink! The aroma is just right and the habit is just right. It has a slightly fruity, fruity acidity, but it never goes beyond the realm of sake. It's like an all-rounder. Maybe some people like it without more quirks, that's what I'm talking about! I like it!

Spicy. Sake that gives you only the information that "you are drinking sake now". There is not much depth or sweetness. Maybe it's to my taste, but I'm the type of person who wants to enjoy the aroma of koji (malted rice), so it wasn't enough for me.

Sweet and fruity like a mango, more of an apple-mango than a mango, with a fresh aroma. It's fruity, but less acidic and easier to drink. The sake level is -28, so how much mottled sweetness is there...? I thought it would be a little too sweet, but it doesn't linger on the tongue at all. The texture and aftertaste exist separately.

Softly fragrant koji rice with a deep bitterness. When it flows on the tongue, it leaves a little bit of a habit, which is addictive.

Soft sourness and sweetness. About as sour as a honey plum with little salt. The texture is a bit sharp, but it is too easy to drink. It's surprisingly tasty. I would recommend this sake to people who don't like sake.

Is it a ginjo? The aroma is about the same as that of a daiginjo, but the aftertaste is not unpleasant. It is quite cheap for a Junmai Daiginjo, less than 1000 yen, so it is a good value. However, the taste is not that great! If you want to drink a little bit every day, this is good. It is not the kind of bottle that you keep warm to drink on the weekends. Additional note: I recommend drinking it on the rocks! I recommend drinking it on the rocks!

What? This is less than 1000! What kind of sake is this? Junmai Daiginjo? A false statement? I thought it was a lie. I was surprised to find that it tastes just as good as it should. It's the kind of sake that tells you it's a delicious sake. I would like to drink it with everyday dishes, not with special dishes. Considering the price, it is the best of the best. I don't know what it was, but I also got a soda water as a free gift.

I like it a lot. It's sweet and very ricey, but doesn't smell like alcohol! Fruity. Maybe it's good with light dishes or while licking salt.

Clean tasting and dry. Polished 45, but I think it's a bit boring, personally. I think I like it better when it has a little more rice flavor.

I was curious about this sake because of the cute label and name. Simple taste It is spicy. Not too sweet, not too deep, and smooth on the tongue. I felt like I was drinking sake.

When I had a chance to taste it, I went to the brewery to buy it because it had a depth I had never had before! It had the depth of an old wine, but it was fruity without the braniness. I liked it because the sweetness, color, and texture were similar to Tokai wine. You can't buy Tokaji wine in Japan very often. It goes with everything! I recommend that you take your time and drink it slowly. It is 19 degrees Celsius, which is quite strong. As the description says, it is recommended to drink it on the rocks. I drank it all cold, so next time I would like to drink it slowly on the rocks.

sake made from fermented rice or other grains It is very easy to drink! It has a sweetness, but it's not too thick, and you can really feel the rice. I would like to drink it with refreshing sashimi. It's like a less sweet sake with alcohol.
