The sagging, unpasteurized sake was sweet and tasty.
It was the first time I had ever tasted Kokugon, but I liked it.

My favorite Fujii Shuzo's 2020 Hiyaoroshi. It's really delicious. Last year, we drank a variety of sake at the brewery last year, but it's a shame that the Takeyoshi no Michi was cancelled this year.

Dewa Sanshu 100%, purchased at Seijo Ishii. I thought it was dry.
The price and volume are just right, and I think it's good for a small solo drink.
We drank it while sailing from Nagoya to Sendai on the Pacific Ferry Ishikari. The swaying accents are very interesting.
