Comparison of different BYs of Kago Four Farm Breweries When I first bought 2023, I was impressed by its mellow aroma. but the taste was more like graininess and astringency. but after a year of aging, I found it to be mellow and sweet. After a year of aging, it became mellower and sweeter. and sweet taste. The sense of effervescence did not diminish. rather more lively than the 2024.
