Shinshu Kamerei Junmai Ginjo Miyamanishiki Unfiltered Nama-shu We happened to have a selection of Shinshu sake 😊. Both... Junmai Ginjo Miyamanishiki 🌾Unfiltered Nama-shu Then let's compare them 🙄🙄... The first bottle is Shinshu Kamerei The second one is Kawanakajima Genmai 🌬️🌳🔥🌋 Both have an elegant sweetness that spreads at once. Kamerei has a mild acidity that creeps up 🥷🏻... Beautiful sharpness and easy to drink😋😋. Both are very delicious 🤤. My favorite is Shinshu Kamerei 🐢🐢🐢🐢🐢.

Jinya Special Junmai Hatsu Shibori Hon Nama Jikin Kimoto Comparison... Just as I was about to start, a couple of friends invited me to a New Year's party... A friend and his wife invited us to a New Year's party... 😁. Wife likes Sake but she is not a sake drinker... Husband doesn't care much about sake... I think it's too good for them 🤔. The sake comparison was ended early 🤣. So I opened a new bottle of Jinya 😌. I bought it in December when I patrolled Hata Sake Shop. I got a bottle of Shinshu Kamerei Miyamanishiki with it ✌. Freshness that is typical of new sake with a light cloudiness. The sweetness and umami of rice that only Tokujun can provide. and the freshness of the petit fizz. It is a very delicious sake 😋. Encountering unknown sake on a patrol... It's also fun... 😌 The wife was dizzy from too much drinking 😵‍💫 We returned home early 😁.

I'm going to go to the last week of November and see if it's around next week... Check the brewery's installation to confirm the shipment... When I went to the store with full anticipation... The owner smiled at me 😊. I didn't say anything. He brought out a bottle from the back of the fridge He brought out a bottle from the back of the fridge ✌️ This kind of thing makes me so happy 🤣. Fusashimaya Junmai Super Dry, Ogirigarumi I drank a lot of sweet and tasty sake recently. I want something refreshing... I found this in the fridge at the store 👀 Boshimaya's "super" dry 🌶️ Sharp and crisp acidity! It's 17 degrees and rough... but it's not too rough. rounded and cohesive 😌. No 1sho bottles this week, all 4 gou bottles! There were several kinds, I somehow wanted to drink some raw sake... The same as Ecru which I had the other day and it was delicious! Selected Akita Sake Komachi ✌️ It's only available in April 2023 😅. This is delicious! The perfect balance of strong acidity and umami that is typical of a sake yeast yeast yeast yeast yeast yeast yeast yeast yeast yeast yeast Great balance of strong acidity and umami 👍‼️ It's light, yet mellow and crisp. It's my favorite taste 🥰. It has a very lively taste 😌. Nozomu is a definite sake! It was Tochigi love from Osaka 💓🤣‼️

Pleasant sweetness of apple and citrus fruits, and a slight bubbly chilli feeling. It has a summery freshness and sharpness. Shinshu Kamerei is just as good on tap as it is on fire. It was so delicious that I got mana-chiri.

The day before, I was waiting at my parents' house until opening time to pick up the hanpukai sake from Kadoya Brewery, when bouken-san informed me on a group line that Hata-san had this sake in stock for the first time in the Kansai region: ‼️ I'm a sucker for firsts, limited editions, and commemorative items, so I usually go home after driving to Kadoya, but I was in a hurry to get this sake, so I took my mom's bike and headed out 😆. So I went out on my bike to get this sake 😆 and got the one that was directly pumped 🤩. The next day I opened the bottle at home 😊. The taste is a combo of apple and grape acidity as per everyone's review 🥰. It's fresh and juicy, with a little bit of a direct pumping flavor. It is a very tasty sake with a fresh and juicy taste. I would like to try some of the others 😋.

It's a store that sells Shinshu Kamerei 🐢. Unfortunately, they didn't have it in stock that day 😭. I've been curious about it for a long time. This is the first time I've bought Asameyu 😆. It's also my first time to buy Watabune Roku no Sake😊. 
It has a slight yellowish color. Round but firm flavor 😋. Beautiful acidity that comes over you slowly and gradually. A sharp and refreshing aftertaste... 🤤. I bought this sake at a liquor store with Rafa papa and Nemuchi. I had given up on buying it because I couldn't get it during the New Year's holidays, but I was able to buy it! Hata Sake Shop near Minami Ibaraki Station. Fusashimaya, Hyakushun, Haginodorou, Nozomu, Mutsu Hachisen, Asakayousei, Shinshu Kamerei, Honkin, Kitaan Okuni, Ikki Zama, Ryoseki, etc. Strong gassiness and gleffle-like sweet bitterness. I think Usagishin BLACK is a must-have! When I mixed lees, it was schwa bitter.
