It has a good balance of sweetness, umami, fruitiness, and freshness, and is light and easy to drink, yet still has depth 🤩.
Nice sweetness that is typical of Aizan 💫.
It has a nice sharpness, so it goes well with sashimi 🐟.
The slight bitterness is a little bit adult 👠.
By the way, this is the first time for me to drink Aizan❗️.
