I bought a cheap daiginjo at the drugstore and it has been sitting in the vegetable room for a long time. The fresh and plump striped shrimps suddenly appeared on the table. This sake also made an emergency appearance. When we opened the bottle and took a sip, the sweet, delicious, and refreshing ginjo aroma escaped through the nose. No disrespect to Hakutsuru, but it's good, isn't it? It's good! The mellow flavor of the shimabee shrimp is a perfect match for the sweet sake quality. If there is a dry version, I would like to try it.

As a layman, I only knew Hakutsuru as "Maru," but when I saw it as an award-winning sake at a liquor store, I bought it. Surprisingly, it was my first Hyogo sake. When I opened the bottle, the aroma was gorgeous and fruity. It has a strong sweetness in the mouth. It is more suitable for drinking by itself than with a meal. It is delicious, but a little tiring to drink.

Next up is Hakurakusei✨ Collaboration with Kamen Rider Kuuga😁. I've been curious about it but was hesitant about the price 😅 I didn't know you could drink it here... I tried it right away and was pleasantly surprised by the modern sake... 😁. It's not only fruity but also sweet with a refreshing acidity....delicious sake 😁.
