Found the new Hakutsuru 🕊️ 💡👀.
They say it is a sake🍶 planned by young people.
Mwah, this color scheme is a traffic light 🚥... 🤔
Yellow is better, red is better ❓
I think old guys can understand 😆.
Young people should not imitate 🙇♂️
Now, the booze.
🔴Telescope of twilight.
Sweetness of sweetness. White grape sweetness🍇.
The moist sweetness lingers into the aftertaste and leaves a hollowness in the air. ☺️
🟡Snorkel in the sun.
Sweet and sour 😙.
Apricot-like sweetness. Easy to imagine is a strain of #7 yeast 🤔.
Good clean of course.
I'm not sure how to describe it 🟢Mushigekanes through the trees.
Even more sourness: ⤴️😝
Sweet and sour like apricots. It's clean and refreshing.
You can choose according to your taste 🔴→🟡→🟢 as the sweetness disappears and the sourness increases 🤗.
Description : Sayuri means "little lily," soft floral-noted Nigori. This unfiltered sake has a very light nose filled with lush cream, cherry blossom, and light fruit. Semi-sweet palate with a very smooth finish.
My notes: Smooth, creamy, I didn't notice the sweetness at all, light, it was ok.
Every time I don't have time and settle for a convenience store petit (more than good enough), but I want to go to a liquor store!
It's good, but I feel like it's fruity and I want to drink something spicy with more gusto, like I'm being hit with power!
It's a drink I drink once a year, lol.
I volunteered as a floater at the Otsu Festival.
This is the sake I toasted at that time.
Classic taste, maybe it's because it's a gift from God, or maybe it's just a sip, but it tastes better than before....
Ah! Maybe it's a corporate effort to make it taste better😳
My apologies 🙏.
Shochiku Ume's Gokai Junmai Dry is the sake we had at Tori Aristocrat in the evening!
It too has a classic taste, but it's a little less sweet and refreshing, so it was delicious with the skewers 😊.
I hope we can tow it again next year🎶.
Good evening, Pon 😀
Thank you for your hard work as a Hikiyama volunteer 😇
The Hikiyama looks even better under the clear autumn weather 😀.
Hakutsuru at the Otsu festival...even though there are so many good sake in Shiga 😅.
Pon-chan, thank you for your hard work on the Otsu Festival 🍶.
It's been 10 years since I came to Omi and this is my first visit to the Otsu Festival 🍶.
Drunken weather, gorgeous floats, good food and drink 🍶.
Good evening, Pon-chan 🌛.
I have an image that festival sake = "Hakutsuru" ✨
I've had it before but I don't remember the taste 🤣.
The floats look great on a perfect festival day 😁.
Good evening, Pon-chan. After the Otsu Festival ☀️ Hikiyama with the blue sky, it's great to drink together with such drinks 😆 The pictures alone were wonderful to get us in the festive mood!
Pon.
Good evening...
I didn't realize you were a volunteer at the Hikiyama 😳I can feel the power from the pictures! Hakutsuru and other regular sake is good to drink once in a while😊I often enjoy one cup sake in winter....
Good evening, Pon 😃.
Thank you for volunteering for the Hikiyama!
I saw it on the news, the Hikiyama parade is amazing! I wish I could have seen it there 🥹.
The first spirit of drinking sake at the toast and then at the evening tori-aristocrat is also awesome 😁.
Good morning, Pon, ☀️
Once a year, does that mean you drink it during the festival?
I've never had Hakutsuru, so I'm curious lol.
Festival🏮👘✨ makes me so excited 🎶.
Good morning, Pon-chan 😃.
As you said, the back of the Hikiyama and V-sign ✌️ looks great against the clear blue sky 🤗It's great that you participate in every local festival👍!
Gokai Junmai Dry...love the name 😆.
Thank you, Yasbay 😊.
Yes, that's right! And I've never been served sake from the local brewery 💦 I guess it's an adult thing 😅.
Hopefully next year we will toast with local sake 🤔.
Thank you, Kyuzo 😊.
I didn't walk around with my cell phone so excuse me 🙏💦I'm glad as a citizen that you enjoyed it along with the sake day😊I was there to see it too since they started making it a three day weekend 😁.
Hi Jive 🐦.
I know there are many Hakutsuru and Gekkeikan 😁 last year it was Shiga sake, but it is usually Hakutsuru. I'm guessing it's a regional thing 🤔 and I'm happy to be able to taste sake every year 😆.
Thank you Peco 😊.
After the Hikiyama, we ended up scattering and breaking up, so we are a couple 😂 We drank sake after we drank the shuwatto. It's the only way to be graceful 😆 Open it up and enjoy 🤣.
Hi Kozo 🐦.
I drink Hakutsuru sometimes too, but this type is festival only 😳I guess it's this one since it's served in a one-cup bottle 🤔.
I can't get enough of oden and a one cup warmed up 😆.
Thank you, Aladdin 😊.
The amount of alcohol for the toast, the amount is totally different depending on the neighborhood, but it seems to be decreasing every year. Maybe they don't want people to get drunk and ruin the atmosphere 🤔🍺 or 🍶 I miss the days when people were served 😌.
Hi T.KISO 🐦.
Is there a specific toast for the festival? I'm not sure if it's a toast to the festival or not, but it's a little bit too much 😂I asked to take a picture before and the person pouring it posed for me 🤣.
Hi Jay & Nobby 🐦.
I'll try my best while I can tow 😁 Oh! There seems to be an age limit. There wasn't in the past and my husband once told me he thought he was going to die in a tug with a higher average age 😆.
Unlike his name, he was kind and dry 🤣.
Good evening, Maru-san 🦉.
Speaking of festivals, we used to have beer 🍺 and other drinks during lunch breaks and in between breaks, but that's gone 😭 things have gotten a lot tougher 💦.
Every Hikiyama has a Karakuri on it 😊.
Pon-chan, thank you for volunteering at the Hikiyama 😊I think the sake you drink at the festival might taste better 😉.
Pon-chan in her happi coat is looking good as always 😆👍I hope we can pull it again next year♪
Thanks for your help too 😊🙏.
Yes, everything tastes better with the festival euphoria 😆 even Pocari tastes different than usual 🤣 try everything while you can move 😁 of course your muscles are sore the next day 😂.
Brewed by Hakutsuru Shuzo in Higashinada, Kobe, Hyogo
Hakutsuru Alternative Junmai Daiginjo Hakutsuru Nishiki
The rice is Hakutsuru Shuzo's
The rice is Hakutsuru Nishiki, a secret rice of the Hakutsuru Shuzo brewery.
When I drank it, I found out that this sake is the best 😆,
This sake is great 😆.
First of all, it is fragrant and gorgeous 🌠.
And fruity & juicy🟡.
But it also cuts well ❢.
As expected of Hakutsuru 😆.
