Since I had a lot of sake at Flame-san the day before, I didn't stop anywhere tonight but Shinkansen Izakaya (izakaya) by myself.
I had a hard time deciding between Sakura Face Junmai-shu and Junmai-Ginjo-shu at the station kiosk, but I bought this one!
It was made by the same brewery as the junmai ginjo I had drunk before, Ginga Tetsudo no Yoru (Night on the Galactic Railroad)!
I heated up a bowl of katsudon (pork cutlet served on top of a bowl of rice) that I bought at a convenience store and paired it with some jagariko (a type of fish paste) while enjoying the 2-hour trip between Morioka and Tokyo!
It's a good sake to drink during a meal!
I didn't have to drink the 300ml bottle, but the kiosk staff gave me a double small paper cup so I could taste it without any leakage 🍶.

Good morning, Shinshin SY 😃.
I love izakaya shinkansen 🚅👍
I used to make love in the train on my way back from Tokyo business trip when I lived in Morioka.
I'm going to have to go to Shin-Aomori if I oversleep....

Haruei Chichi, be careful not to drink too much or you may miss your flight. If you take the Grand Class, I wonder if the attendant will wake you up near the station where you get off? They have recently refrained from providing food and alcohol.
