Collage and Miyazumi comparison 😆Collage first. It has a sweet and sour taste, a light melon taste and a bitter taste. It has a long aftertaste. It's nice on its own. I think it's more of an aperitif than a food sake 🤔Pair it with yellowtail, swordfish, and Sanriku octopus.

The next one is Collage 🍶✨, a Fukui sake.
It's like a bite of a fruit.
The best way to get a good meal is to take a bath in a hot water bath.
It was a little cold today, so I warmed myself up with hot tofu.
But I prefer sake served cold. I like it cold, because you can really taste the flavor!

While I'm busy at the end of the fiscal year, I've been able to see the goal for now, so I'm going to have my first sharaku in a while!
It has a petite, slightly effervescent, fluffy, fruity aroma that comes first, and from there, a firm lingering aftertaste. It is a very well-balanced sake.
You can enjoy it very much!
