Here is the last one for today! The moment you approach the glass, you can sense the calm ginjo aroma. The aroma is not too assertive, but it is a gentle yet elegant aroma that makes even the pause before the first sip pleasant. In the mouth, there is a mildness that is typical of light nigori, and soft, sweet overtones like melon and pear. Then, a lovely sourness like cherries spreads softly, and it finishes off smoothly. The sweetness, umami, and acidity are in perfect harmony, and the overall impression is simply "beautiful. It is not flashy, but it has a solid core, and the more you drink it, the more its goodness oozes out. The koji rice is Yamadanishiki and the kake rice is Yumenokou. It is a summer 寫樂 with the freshness and transparency of a light nigori sake. It is also an excellent food sake, a bottle that will gently accompany you during a peaceful time of the day. It has a freshness that makes it hard to believe it is fire-aged, and a carefully designed lightness in the aftertaste. It has a quiet tone with a definite presence, making us think, "This is 寫樂 after all.

I like ❤️ Collage ❤️ I haven't had a chance to encounter it recently and haven't had it for a while. I have had this standard Junmai Ginjo, of course, but I did not have it in my record. I'll have it to keep it in my records. I thought I would feel the acidity, and then a moment of sweetness and spiciness, followed by melon juice appearing on the tip of my tongue and filling my mouth with satisfaction... ☺️ The sweet and astringent taste remains at the back of your tongue. The sweetness and the astringency will remain at the back of your tongue. I'm sure you'll love it 😍.

Drinking at home Mochizuki Shoten It tasted simply complex. Delicious! To rephrase, it is simply delicious, but you can taste a lot of different flavors. Sweet but with a strong bitter sharpness. An unquestionable 8 for junmai sake. When I opened it for a couple of hours and drank it, it turned into a red meat melon. Amazing!

This was my first purchase of Kezuraku in a year and a half. I had intended to buy a limited edition of Tasake, but I was caught in a purchase limit, so I hurriedly bought this one.... The last time I drank Junmai-shu, I was a bit off about how good it was right after opening the bottle, but this time it was delicious right from the start 😋 I thought it was fruity, but after the third day I finally realized that it had a very melon-like quality. I don't often associate it with a specific fruit, but even I could sense it, so I guess it's an easy to understand and delicious drink. Thank you very much for your hospitality.
