. Rice: Gohyakumangoku produced in Kakizaki, Niigata Rice polishing ratio 60 15% alcohol by volume Dry, acidic, and sharp with a hint of peculiarity! Gutsy, old-fashioned sake! I made the mistake of comparing it with a similar sake. The acidity was so strong that when I heated it up, the flavor was a clear failure! The bad parts stood out! Maybe next time I will drink it by itself. I can manage to drink it at room temperature! The acidity is strong though! ☆3.0
