新舘幸樹This is a souvenir for myself from a recent trip to Ibaraki.
I was very confused when purchasing the sake because I was not very impressed with the sake from Ibaraki.
On the first day of opening the bottle, the impression was more guttural than I expected, but by the third day, the corners had been removed and it became easier to drink.
It has a mild ginjo aroma, but at first it is pungent and acidic. In the middle of the bottle, there is a slight sweetness. Then, at the end of the day, the spiciness and bitterness come again. Although it has become easier to drink, it has a certain impact. I don't dislike it, but it is a sake for different tastes.

I think it is a representative sake of Ibaraki.

The other day, I listened to President Yamanaka's lecture on how he revived the sake rice "Watafune" (son of Omachi, father of Yamada Nishiki) while tipsy, and he was very good at it 🙋 I learned while drunk that "short culm" is a short-stemmed rice plant👍.
