Sweet taste I drank it compared to Houken (dry), but I liked the taste of this one better. My friend who drank it said "isn't this the other way around?" I don't know which one is really Sharaku or Houken😅. I drank it with Sashimi, cheese and pickled mushrooms with white sauce.
