The bitterness is noticeable in cold sake, so room temperature or hot sake would be better 💡.
It was sold well at a mysterious cheese shop, so I bought it too 👛 because of the No. 6 yeast.

I don't see any Honjozo in a google search. I don't think it's something you would go out of your way to find, but it would be nice to have it nearby.
