The first glass was LED🌈 from "Naruto Tai" in Naruto, Tokushima.
I remember seeing this at the Hankyu Sake Brewer's Festival in Hankyu Umeda last year and it was delicious!
Tropical fruit-like, gorgeous sweet and sour aroma. ✨️
Smooth and smooth with a thick and dense texture.

It's been a while since I've had sake. So, our family staple Naruto Tai LED, which seems to be the sake of choice for JAL domestic flights served at Osaka International Airport.
It's good sake, after all! Fruity and easy to drink, it has none of the sharpness that is typical of sake, and has little aftertaste.
I think it will be loved by many people.

I visited Tokushima and Kagawa Prefecture this week and enjoyed sake in Tokushima!
This is my first sake from Tokushima.
LED Dream Yeast" developed by Tokushima Prefecture.
They brewed it with a rare yeast that is only used in sake breweries in the prefecture.
It is sweet and tart, very juicy and tropical 🍎.
It was a perfect match for the olive yellowtail caught in the neighboring Kagawa Prefecture!
Another delicious sake I have discovered 😊.
