I tasted it and bought it because I knew it was good, and it tends to stay in the refrigerator for a long time because I know it's good. We drink it cold. The color is clear and colorless. The aroma is slightly fruity and sweet. The mouthfeel is juicy, but flows smoothly on the tongue. The taste changes from a beautiful, clear acidity to a rather thick, thick, juicy sweetness. The sweetness is extremely rich, but the sweetness that remains on the tongue is elegant. Not a sticky sweetness, but a slight bitterness at the end. Oh, this is my favorite type 😋. Junmai Ginjyo Nama-Underground Sake Miyamanishiki A little bit of spiciness after a hint of sweetness. The alcohol content is 17%. Junmai Namae Nishiki Fruity, sweet and sour, sweet and delicious. Junmai Namae Nishiki It is sweet and delicious, and I like it very much. Nemuchi had the same impression. We both bought it 😁. Junmai sake stored in a windhole A little spicy, but easy to drink with a smooth taste. It is a little spicy but easy to drink with a mellow feeling. Junmai Junmai Namaeshiki This is a fire-aged version of the nama sake. It is calmer and easier to drink than the raw version. Muscat flavor. Junmai Ginjyo Yamae-Nishiki Go-Cho Polishing ratio of 50%. Slightly sweeter and richer in taste. Kame-no-ye Daiginjo Yamadanishiki A delicious sake with a gorgeous sweet flavor.
