I opened a bottle of sake that had been sitting in the fridge for a long time 😃.
We will compare these two bottles of Goryonokura by Kamikawa Taisetsu Shuzo, which we bought during our Hokkaido sake brewery tour last summer 😋.

Compared to the Kitashizuku, it's a bit drier with a bit of a tang to it👍.
If you look closely 👀, it says dry on the label😅.
However, the silky mouthfeel with fine grains is still delicious 😋.
