I opened a bottle of sake that had been sitting in the fridge for a long time 😃.
We will compare these two bottles of Goryonokura by Kamikawa Taisetsu Sake Brewery, which we bought during our Hokkaido sake brewery tour last summer 😋.
First up is this Kitashizuku.
Good ‼️😋silky clear😋.
It seems a little light and thin.
As is typical of junmai daiginjos, there is very little miscellaneous flavor.
The main flavor is umami and a little less sweetness than that, with a smooth mouthfeel as if the grains are nicely aligned👍.
It is easy to drink. ⚠️
