A bit of a hot topic in the sake community? Iraka is a hot topic of conversation in the sake community. It's not often that you get to drink a new brewery's birth sake anymore.
The aroma is green apple with a hint of mango. Fruity and mellow.
The taste is dry, and although it has body, it is relatively light and finishes with a crisp, dry feel.
It has no peculiarities, and the taste is clean with a sense of minerality.
It is suitable for a mealtime drink.
Nagano has a lot of good sake.
We support it.
There is a crowded Iraka in the neighborhood.
We couldn't buy it, so we drank it outside.
I drank a new sake from Daishinshu.
The brewer, Keisuke Sato, was mistaken for Shinmasa for a moment.
The first sake from the brewery born this fall 🍶.
Sweet and calm aroma 🎶
Sour and sweet taste 😋.
Soft and lush with a nice acidity at the end ✨.
Looking forward to more in the future 😉.
I found out about it at Sake no Wa.
I wasn't sure if I should buy it or not.
My hand was moving on its own.
Gasiness
Fruity
Easy to drink 😊👍✨✨
Looking forward to the next brewery 😊
Glad to have done it.
Sake no Wa😍🍶
Please give me all kinds of information 😆🍶✨✨.
Hi chika 🐦.
This is the sake from the brewery that you are talking about! I'm curious to know what everyone is drinking 😊 and I guess it's delicious 😻I hope there are some left 🙏.
Tonight, I'm going to drop my first series, which has been uploaded on Sake-no-wa a lot lately 💁.
Iraka, silver and black (birth sake) ✨✨✨
This will be the first piece from a new sake brewery that was created as a result of a business succession ㊗️👏
When you open the bottle, you will feel a nice gassy sensation 🫧.
When you pour it into the sake cup, it has a relatively gorgeous standing aroma of pears, melon, and grains.
I don't know the specs of the rice used, but I get the impression that it is Yamae Nishiki, Miyamanishiki, or Hitogochiki, and I think it can be served alone or as a food sake. I look forward to future releases 😊.
Hello, kirataso 😃
Iraka! It's up in the sake crocodile because it's the newest sake brewery 🤗It's my very first time 😋 I'd like to get it when I see it 😋.
Sake brewery established in Matsukawa Village, Shinshu in the fall of this year (2024).
The predecessor of Iraka Sake Brewery was Sanchei Sake Brewery in Chikuhoku Village (former Sakkita Village), Nagano Prefecture
Iraka White is a sake sold exclusively in Matsukawa Village.
I drank it a week ago. I drank it a week ago, but I drank it before that. It's too late to upload this article again.
It's a refreshing sake, but has a great taste.
I still have another bottle in the fridge, so I'll try it and write about the taste.
I'll post the taste when I drink it.

Foaming. Paint-like? Fruity aroma. The wine is smooth, with a refreshing acidity and a slow, delicious flavor. Drier than the "White".
Since it was only available at the sake brewery, I couldn't buy it at the brewery, so I ended up buying it at a store I learned about after I returned home.
Hitogokochi harvested in the rice paddies within sight of the brewery is used. The brewery's claim to fame is that it makes use of the bounty of the land in Matsukawa Village. Indeed, the area around the brewery is a nice place where one can feel nature. There is no public transportation, so a car is necessary.
They are planning to sell drier and sweeter versions of this sake in December and January. However, they will only be available at special dealers.
You can only buy white sake at the brewery.
You can only buy white sake at the brewery....
[silver, black (birthday drink)]🍶.
Iraka... I can't read 😅
New sake from a new brewery brewed by a toji who used to be in Taishinshu ✨.
It has the sweetness of Hitogokochi, but also the acidity that goes down your throat,
The acidity that goes down your throat is also exquisite.
A bottle that is sure to make you manacchia right away. ❗️
If you see it, buy it 😋.
9/10
I bought this myself.
I have it at home now.
But I found it at a bar and couldn't resist drinking it.
It is a new brand from a new sake brewery.
That's why it's a birth sake.
My impression was that it was really good.
It was sweet, gassy, fresh, bananas, and light.
I have a bottle at home and look forward to drinking it slowly!
Released on 11/15, the newest sake brewery in Japan
It seems to be a newly relocated brewery that succeeded the closed Sanchei Sake Brewery.
The name of the brewery is Iraka Sake Brewery, which means "Iraka Sake Brewery" in Japanese.
The brewery's toji is a former head brewer at Daishinshu for many years, so it seems to be getting a lot of attention!
The president is a former banker and was born in 1988, so he is young in the industry.
The distributors of Daishinshu are dealing with them one after another 🤔.
It's juicy with a beautiful mouthfeel, but a little dry and bitter. It also has a mineral taste. It's interesting that it has a modern sake quality, but it also has a very Japanese sake feel to it.
When the temperature goes up, it has a sweet and delicious atmosphere.
The third day after opening, it was juicy, sweet, and delicious even when cold.
A little pineapple🍍 came out.
It's unusual to see the names of the staff as well as the master brewer on the back label.
It seems to be a luxury item, and if this is the lowest price I'll probably never buy it again 🤔.
I think it's Iraka Sake Brewery, but it's actually Iraka Sake Brewery, and the name is Iraka Sake Brewery.
Good evening, bouken😄
I had registered "Iraka Sake Brewery" on my phone, but I corrected it to "Iraka Sake Brewery" 😁.
For some reason it reminds me of "the smallest sake brewery in Japan" 😆.
Thank you very much for your review, bouken 😊.
Good morning, bouken, starting with the ☀Iraka no nani no nami to kumo no nami 🎶.
The song of Koinobori🎏 has been playing in my head. It was refreshing to know the meaning of the kanji. Change the taste of sake, good one 😄.
