The aroma is green apple with a hint of mango. Fruity and mellow.
The taste is dry, and although it has body, it is relatively light and finishes with a crisp, dry feel.
It has no peculiarities, and the taste is clean with a sense of minerality.
It is suitable for a mealtime drink.
Nagano has a lot of good sake.

This will be the first piece from a new sake brewery that was created as a result of a business succession ㊗️👏
When you open the bottle, you will feel a nice gassy sensation 🫧.
When you pour it into the sake cup, it has a relatively gorgeous standing aroma of pears, melon, and grains.
I don't know the specs of the rice used, but I get the impression that it is Yamae Nishiki, Miyamanishiki, or Hitogochiki, and I think it can be served alone or as a food sake. I look forward to future releases 😊.

Sake brewery established in Matsukawa Village, Shinshu in the fall of this year (2024).
The predecessor of Iraka Sake Brewery was Sanchei Sake Brewery in Chikuhoku Village (former Sakkita Village), Nagano Prefecture
Iraka White is a sake sold exclusively in Matsukawa Village.

Foaming. Paint-like? Fruity aroma. The wine is smooth, with a refreshing acidity and a slow, delicious flavor. Drier than the "White".
Since it was only available at the sake brewery, I couldn't buy it at the brewery, so I ended up buying it at a store I learned about after I returned home.
Hitogokochi harvested in the rice paddies within sight of the brewery is used. The brewery's claim to fame is that it makes use of the bounty of the land in Matsukawa Village. Indeed, the area around the brewery is a nice place where one can feel nature. There is no public transportation, so a car is necessary.
They are planning to sell drier and sweeter versions of this sake in December and January. However, they will only be available at special dealers.

It seems to be a newly relocated brewery that succeeded the closed Sanchei Sake Brewery.
The name of the brewery is Iraka Sake Brewery, which means "Iraka Sake Brewery" in Japanese.
