It is the newest brewery in Japan and this is the first time I have had it. It had a very gorgeous aroma that blew out of the bottle. The sweetness and acidity were well balanced, and the taste was fresh but not light and austere. It was delicious.

Farewell party Part 2
It was a farewell party, but it turned out to be my choice for drinking with friends...
I told the manager that I didn't like Ai-label Iraka, and he said, "How about Beni-label? He said, "How about Beni label?
I tasted it.
Less grain smell than the indigo label...
1/3.
But I can smell it.
Actually, it seems it has been brewed in cedar barrels for a short time.
I thought the smell was strong, as expected.
It'll take a few years for it to settle down...
I would like to buy this sake after some time because I don't dislike the taste.
Nice to meet you Iraka.
The rice polishing ratio is not written on the bottle, but I guess it is at the daiginjo level.
Overall, it has a gentle mouthfeel and drinkability, but it does not shy away from sweetness.
It has a gentle taste in the mouth, but does not run away from the sweetness, and the flavor of the rice disappears.
A royal taste.
It's like a high-class dining sake.
If you drink it at a good Japanese restaurant, it will give you a different impression.

While waiting for the bullet train at Nagano station, we went to a standing bar that Ane-san frequents 😁.
The master recommended this kind of place 😳
Black blue red drink comparison. Bravo ❗️
I didn't see a place that had them all together.
All three colors are good, but I still like the black one for its calmness ☺️
I hear they are preparing another series besides the silver series. I'm still looking forward to seeing this warehouse 🤗.
Hello, Hiro-san!
You are a great drinker who doesn't waste any time waiting 🎵.
I often see Iraka at Sake no Wa, so I'd like to try it 😋.
Visiting Ane-san's favorite restaurant - I'd love to go there someday 😁✨.
Hi ma-ki-😄
I think the waiting time is the best chance for sake activity 🤩😤As you can see from Ane's post, the owner likes to have explosive conversations. If you want to have a drink with Nagano sake conversation, I recommend it 😆.
The very cool design of the bottle and the claim "Japan's newest sake brewery" caught my attention. The store had black and red bottles, but I bought the black one because it was the standard.
The aroma was fresh, with a refreshing acidity and light gassiness, and the taste was watery and modern, with a classic umami behind it.
As it is a draft sake, it will become more classic and relaxed after a few days from the opening.
It was delicious with meat and potatoes.
Happy New Year to everyone!
In 2024, I will be getting serious about sake, buying and drinking sake.
It was a good year for me, as I bought sake, drank sake, went to sake events around the country, had fun talking about sake, ate delicious snacks, played fridge Tetris with the 4-gouple bottles that wouldn't fit, and had my triglyceride levels pointed out to me as rising 🤤.
I hope to continue to drink a lot of sake this year as well, in a fun, delicious, and healthy way, seeking to encounter the "bottle of life" that I have yet to discover.
I am very grateful to everyone at Sake-no-wa for helping me that day.
Thank you for all your support.
Please keep up the good work.

The first drink of 2025 will be at my friend's favorite restaurant, Seikai in Tachikawa.
It was a great place with delicious food and rare sake.
The first drink was "Iraka", which I had been curious about!
I was thinking about the sake industry that continues to evolve and evolve and evolve, and I was surprised that this was the youngest sake brewery's sake.
It was delicious.
Ginbeni🍶 of Iraka
It is said to be a fruity sake in Iraka.
The top aroma is indeed fruity and sweet.
When you put it in your mouth, it has a fruity sweetness with a slight astringency.
It is kind of like Daishinshu 🤔.
It was delicious 🍶.
Today, we will be having the newest tiraka (tiraka) that we have been curious about at Sake-no-wa.
It's a sake from Nagano, so I had to try it! It is a sake from Nagano, so I had to try it! It seems to be an independent brewery started by a toji from Daishinshu. The aroma is apple-like freshness. It has a Nagano sake feel.
On the palate, there is a clear acidity and a delicious spiciness that disappears. It is refreshing and delicious. It is delicious with Echizen soba noodles and cured ham and cheese that I bought in Fukui 🧀 It is especially good with boiled nozawana greens in oil.
It has a slight woodiness to the nose in the second half. I'm looking forward to future lineups: ☺️ delicious✨
Good morning, missamisao 😃.
I'm a fan of Iraka! We had it a while ago 😋 and it's delicious 😙 but it's so good that it kills you instantly and the price... you have to drink it slowly to get the most out of it 😅.
Now, now, now, I'll have some Iraka.
I know many of you got it early and reviewed it, finally I got it too 😊.
I read your reviews and just gulp it down with fresh spit everyday 🤣.
Finally I could drink it. The quality of the sake is beautiful! The clear color and fruity aroma, my expectations are high 😋.
I wish I had met my birth sake.
I wish I could have met my birthday sake.
Encounters are so important 😅.
I think it will be good for those who like a refreshing sake, modern and classic.
I'd like to try some of the others 😊👍
Good morning Jay & Nobby😊.
Iraka, modern chic was a nice touch🙆.
To begin with, I can't buy it near me, so I can't find it easily 😅I guess there are still not many special dealers!
Rumored tiled roof
Sweet aroma, thick attack. Taste: dry with a touch of umami. Light, easy to drink, with a lingering aftertaste.
It is like a hard-core sake 🤣.
