Lactic acidity, ripe aroma. Sweet mature feeling in the mouth, marron, unrefined sugar, caramel, mellow to cohesive, pleasant alcohol after going to the back of the tongue. Does the bitterness come? Does the alcohol taste come? And it ends up without either of them asserting themselves. I wonder if the advanced Kembishi is even more impressive. The bottle looks shining after drinking. The flavor spreads out very well when it is warmed. The umami stimulates the tongue and the bitterness is mellow. Delicious. tongue-tied

I finished off this year's drinking with my first bottle of Nada Nama, the Kenrishi version! It's quite matured and tastes great at room temperature and warmed up! As one would expect from Kenrishi!

A series of alcoholic beverages my dad was drinking when I went home to my parents. My uncles on my father's side of the family all liked Kenrishi. When my uncle passed away, he had a gravestone with a bottle of Kenrishi on it. Slightly yellow color and a little aged aroma. A good balance of gentle sweetness and plenty of umami. At a bar we wandered into. It's been a long time since I've been to Kenryo. It has a rich aroma. It makes me feel a bit miffed. The acidity is a bit peculiar. It is a traditional sake with plenty of acidity and umami. It goes well with yakitori (grilled chicken).

The first time I tried a regular Kenrishi, it was a little lighter than the Kuromatsu Kenrishi, but it was well-balanced and had a mellow, matured flavor. It is a perfect sake that you would not expect to find in a 2,000 yen bottle.

One of a set of 8 bottles of Nada no Nama Ippon. I got it with my hometown tax payment in honor of my alma mater. Kenrishi was playing with aged sake, and while it was mellow, it was very well balanced with little of the characteristic tugging that is often found in aged sake.

Kobe Downstairs Sake Story (7) Tasting of "Nada no Nama Ippon" as part of the Nada Sake Project, a sake tasting of sake released by 8 companies in Nada Gogo. Even though I was interested, it was impossible for me to taste all of them. I chose the 8-year-old Kenbishi because of its golden color. It was a delicious sake that did not feel like an old sake, but was so rich in flavor that it almost made me want to immerse myself in it 😋.
