Rich, umami taste. Slightly golden color. When served cold, it has a mellow flavor as if you were eating rice. When heated, it has a soft and soft flavor. Sake that can be drunk without snacks. I like this sake.
caltrop (spiked device scattered to maim infantry and horses)
The extremely mellow aroma and taste fills the mouth.
The punchy tangy taste is very tasty and addictive.
I want to drink it with a very strong-flavored food.
January 27 "Nada Gogo no Kurabiraki" (8)
The last one is Kenrishi, but I forgot to take a picture💦.
■Kenrishi Sake Brewing Company / "Kenrishi", Higashinada-ku, Kobe City, Hyogo Prefecture
KUROMATSU KENRISHI
Mizuho Kuromatsu
Kenrishi has a punchy flavor that is immediately recognizable as Kenrishi when you drink it.
The taste is the same as the impression I had the last time I drank it, so I omitted it.
I told the brewer at the booth that I had heard about President Shirakashi, and asked him if he was scary. I asked him, "Is he scary? He is nothing but kindness.
President Shirakashi is a good president, like Buffalo 🤣.
I really drank Senzuke, Fukuju, and Kiku-Masamune, but I'm going to skip them without pictures.
The joint brewery open house was a great success and I enjoyed it 🙏.
Dairy and Yeast October Report 6📝.
Nada Gogo is boring with all the popular sake❓
If you drink Nada's Nama Ippon, which is released in early autumn every year, you will feel the seriousness of a major brewery and your image may change 💡.
This time, I decided to try an 8-year-old aged sake, which is clearly labeled "Junmai-shu" by Kenrishi.
It has a prune-like sweetness that flows with a touch of bitterness.
It tastes like a light Shaoxing sake, not too strong.
Looks good with Chinese food🥟.
Good evening, Mr. Luteltemi. ⭐︎
You were at an interesting event in Harborland: ⛵️
This ripeness is indescribably delicious ✨
I hope they serve it again next year because it's too good just this time 💡.
I finished off this year's drinking with my first bottle of Nada Nama, the Kenrishi version!
It's quite matured and tastes great at room temperature and warmed up!
As one would expect from Kenrishi!
It has a slightly peculiar flavor that spreads out and reminds one of Nagoya's local sake. It is best to enjoy its three-dimensionality by pairing it with dishes that are full of flavor.
