Nada Gogo is boring with all the popular sake❓
If you drink Nada's Nama Ippon, which is released in early autumn every year, you will feel the seriousness of a major brewery and your image may change 💡.
This time, I decided to try an 8-year-old aged sake, which is clearly labeled "Junmai-shu" by Kenrishi.
It has a prune-like sweetness that flows with a touch of bitterness.
It tastes like a light Shaoxing sake, not too strong.
Looks good with Chinese food🥟.

When my uncle passed away, he had a gravestone with a bottle of Kenrishi on it.
