Nada Gogo is boring with all the popular sake❓ If you drink Nada's Nama Ippon, which is released in early autumn every year, you will feel the seriousness of a major brewery and your image may change 💡. This time, I decided to try an 8-year-old aged sake, which is clearly labeled "Junmai-shu" by Kenrishi. It has a prune-like sweetness that flows with a touch of bitterness. It tastes like a light Shaoxing sake, not too strong. Looks good with Chinese food🥟.

I finished off this year's drinking with my first bottle of Nada Nama, the Kenrishi version! It's quite matured and tastes great at room temperature and warmed up! As one would expect from Kenrishi!

A series of alcoholic beverages my dad was drinking when I went home to my parents. My uncles on my father's side of the family all liked Kenrishi. When my uncle passed away, he had a gravestone with a bottle of Kenrishi on it. Slightly yellow color and a little aged aroma. A good balance of gentle sweetness and plenty of umami. I can't help but be addicted to this rich flavor! The alcohol content is 16.5 degrees. Not so high, but it's rich and tasty.

At a bar we wandered into. It's been a long time since I've been to Kenryo. It has a rich aroma. It makes me feel a bit miffed. The acidity is a bit peculiar. It is a traditional sake with plenty of acidity and umami. It goes well with yakitori (grilled chicken).

The first time I tried a regular Kenrishi, it was a little lighter than the Kuromatsu Kenrishi, but it was well-balanced and had a mellow, matured flavor. It is a perfect sake that you would not expect to find in a 2,000 yen bottle.
