The first time I tried a regular Kenrishi, it was a little lighter than the Kuromatsu Kenrishi, but it was well-balanced and had a mellow, matured flavor. It is a perfect sake that you would not expect to find in a 2,000 yen bottle.

One of a set of 8 bottles of Nada no Nama Ippon. I got it with my hometown tax payment in honor of my alma mater. Kenrishi was playing with aged sake, and while it was mellow, it was very well balanced with little of the characteristic tugging that is often found in aged sake.

Kobe Downstairs Sake Story (7) Tasting of "Nada no Nama Ippon" as part of the Nada Sake Project, a sake tasting of sake released by 8 companies in Nada Gogo. Even though I was interested, it was impossible for me to taste all of them. I chose the 8-year-old Kenbishi because of its golden color. It was a delicious sake that did not feel like an old sake, but was so rich in flavor that it almost made me want to immerse myself in it 😋.

Good morning, Rutemi. I went to the Nishinomiya Ebisu event a while ago, but I'm not a big drinker so I only had 3 drinks 💦 I envy you, Rutemi 😻

Good evening, Ms. Ruthe! Wow, what an amazing color! The color is a clear, almost golden brown, rather than the dark brown that is so common!

Good evening, salmon orchid 😁. The gold🤩 caught my eye and I had to reach for it. Of course I liked the taste. I would have liked to drink a bottle of the latter if it was possible 😌.

HYOGO SAKE EXPO 2023" ㉗ ■Kenrishi Shuzo, Higashinada-ku, Kobe City, Hyogo Prefecture I think I drank some Kembishi just the other day. And for some reason, there is a mysterious Kenrishi girl accompanying me. The last booth is the last booth because of my mysterious obsession with kenrishis. KUROMATSU KENRISHI Mizuho Kuromatsu Kembishi Nada no Nama Ippon All of them have a strong, punchy flavor that is the essence of sake and the essence of maturity. It is my own image that this is the last sake that sake drinkers return to after encountering many other sakes and learning how to get along with them. It is still the same image when you drink it. After having experienced many different kinds of sake, I can now understand the goodness of Kenrishi. I thought I might have understood it a little, but I'm going to go train a little more😅. I finally finished submitting my post on "HYOGO SAKE EXPO 2023". I drank some Banshu Issen and some others, but I forgot to take pictures of them, so I omitted them. I ended up joining/joining up and going to the same booth several times, I might have been there for almost 9 hours... 🤣.

Nemuchi-san, thank you for your contribution to the HYOGO SAKE EXPO🤗 I thought the Nada Nama Nama Ippon that sold out immediately was still a very high level sake for me 😅. I'm looking forward to your next event post 🤣.

bouken, good evening 🌛I get tired of visiting too many event posts 😱Kenrishis all pack a punch and require practice 😅If you drink a lot, let's just assume you'll eventually come back to the goodness of Kenrishis 😁.

HYOGO SAKE EXPO 2023㉔ After leaving the booth of Banshu Issen, we went back to the governor who was at the Shirasagi Castle 😁. Nemuchi gave him some advice and I asked him for his recommendation of what he had drunk. After that, Nemuchi-san said, "I think I'll end up with Kenrishi". We tasted the following Mizuho Kuromatsu Kenrishi Nada no Nama Ippon I was glad to be able to taste Mizuho this time because I couldn't drink it at Takashimaya. It is rich and delicious. Nada no Nama Ippon is rumored to be a 10-year aged sake, and while the regular product is a blend, this is a single tank of Nama Ippon. I think 1980 yen is quite cheap for this spec. In fact, it seems that Kenrishi is the first to sell out of Nada Nama Ippon. It tastes like Shaoxing sake and is a little light brown in color. Like when I bought and drank it in the past, I thought it was not ready for me yet 🙄I need to be diligent... 🤔. I was also given a detailed explanation about Nandenno, a sake that is not commonly distributed by Kenrishi. It is a rare sake from Kenrishi that is sold without aging. I wonder if I can buy it if I go to Kato-shi? At this point, we said goodbye to Nemuchi and her friends and went around with Pyonpyon and the other Kenrishi girls. Then we went to the sake shop in the basement.... To be continued.

The 16th Takashimaya Sake Festival KENRISHI SAKE Brewery [KENRISHI] Kobe City, Hyogo Prefecture The brewery is dedicated to "not changing the taste of Kenrishi" with a rich, mellow taste that melds all the flavors of the rice into the sake. When checking the rice before harvest, it is customary for the brewery staff of Kenrishi to first go to greet the contract farmers in their suits every year. Kuromatsu Kembishi Kuromatsu Kenbishi I don't remember the difference or the details, but Kembishi sake has a strong flavor and punch. Sake with a strong presence. When I said, "This is the last sake I'll come back to," the brewer told me to come back to the end 🤣.

Hello, Nemuchi! I remember you mentioned this at bouken's place, but I also remember that it was served at Nada Gogo Sake Brewery and everyone was drinking it saying how delicious it was 😄. I can imagine Nemuchi-san saying it with a smug look on her face 🤣🙏.

Good evening, Pon-chan🌛The long-established Kenrishi has kept the taste since the Edo period, which means it is a precious sake that you can still enjoy the taste of 500 years ago 😋 He said with a hebereke face, not a smug face😱.

Takashimaya Sake Festival (7) Nemuchi-san said he had already been around the festival and asked me if there was anywhere he wanted to see. So we went to Kenrishi. We couldn't sample the Junmai spec Zuiho Kuromatsu Kenritsu Kenritsu and Zuisho Kuromatsu Kenritsu because they were out of stock.... I wanted to try the Mizuho, but they were out of stock. We tasted Gokujo Kuromatsu Kenrishi Kuromatsu Kenrishi I've had Kyokagami in the past, but it's like a graceful, high-quality aged sake. It's not unpleasantly aged, but it's beautiful. Kuromatsu Kenrishi is sold in supermarkets and is the most common product, but honestly, it tastes so satisfying that I think it's enough. I think it's great that this is available in supermarkets. Thanks to Mr. Kenrishi for keeping Aizan alive and well 🙏.

Mr. Bouken. Good evening. Kuromatsu Kenrishi is the origin of sake for me, not Kubota, Urakasumi, Kikusui, Masumi or Hakkaisan, but Kenrishi! As you say, I am happy to be able to buy this sake at the supermarket all the time.

Good evening, Mr. Kozou. As a resident of Hyogo Prefecture, I'm glad to hear you say that Kembishi is the origin of sake 🤗I somehow feel relieved when I see the Kembishi label in the supermarket 😌.

Nemuchi, good evening 😃 I see you drank both in the past 😳I had an image that you don't drink this kind of sake.... I'm sorry 😅I'm not a fan of old sake either, but I think Kenrishi is one of the easier ones to drink 😊.

Good morning. I didn't have it this time, but I buy a bottle of Nada's fresh one at this event every time! The person from Kenrishi said that there are still many parts of old sake that we don't know about, but it's very stable!

Hello Shinsho 😃 I bought a bottle of Nada no Nama Nama Ippon in the past but I thought it was too early for me lol. I guess the secret of their stability is that they blend multiple old sake to keep the same taste 🤔.
