The last one was Mizuho from Kenbishi, which I had put off until later when I could drink it anytime.
It was a little lighter in the mouthfeel than the normal, but the robust aftertaste made me realize that it is still a Kenrishi.
This concludes my review of the HYOGO SAKE EXPO 2024.

This is the second day in a row of Kenrishi.
Yesterday, I drank it at room temperature, but today, I drank it heated!
I'm going to work tomorrow, but I'm not going to stop drinking it.
Regular kenrishibai is the best in terms of cost performance, but when it is heated up, it has an umami flavor that is hard to describe.

This is my favorite Kenrishi (regular type).
I didn't expect to be able to buy it at 30% off at a supermarket! I think it was about 1,400 yen, a bargain!
I love the sense of maturity in Kenrishi. Today is the day it was uncorked, so I served it at room temperature!
Even if you don't heat it up, it's still a great sake. The best high-cost sake.

Nada no Nama Ippon brand is a junmai sake brewed by brewing engineers in Nada Gogo (eight breweries of the Nada Sake Research Association) using only rice produced in Hyogo Prefecture, and is apparently a unified brand of the eight breweries.
One of the eight breweries is Kenrishi.
Mellow and full flavor that is typical of a long-aged sake.
Full-bodied taste 😆.
Mild matured aroma
I never get tired of drinking it 😆😆😆.
