This is a rare Junmai sake from Kenbishi.
I happened to have a chance to obtain it and was delighted to buy it.
The aroma is truly Kembishi.
In the mouth, it has a rich, rich flavor like Shaoxing sake.
The aftertaste is strong alcohol.
Since it is really rare, I was thankful to taste it.

Next up was a Kenrishi, which was actually a first for us.
This sake has a strong rice flavor with a mellow spread.
This is a sake that is best served warmed.
I want to try it warmed next time.

It is yellowish and thick.
The aroma is weak, but when you put it in your mouth, you can smell the aroma of rice and sake.
It goes well with saltiness, soy sauce, and many other Japanese dishes, and you feel like you are drinking sake.

I had it at room temperature 🍶.
The initial aroma is sweet like Shaoxing sake.
In the mouth, it also has a Shaoxing sake-like aroma, but with a hint of caramel-like sweetness and a complex richness.
It also has a hint of dead grass.
I was allowed to drink this precious drink 🍶.

The kenrishi is on the 3rd floor, but the 1st floor is a standing bar and they have a huge variety of sake in the fridge, so it's worth it just to see it 😊.
