I'm opening them all up because they are overstocked😅. I couldn't buy it last year and have been waiting for a year. The one I had at the Japanese sake festival was very subtle so I wanted to make sure 🤔. Fresh and fizzy. It has little sweetness, but the gasiness on top of the bitterness is very nice. I'd like to try the sake made with Kame-no-o that comes out around spring.

I bought this at Kumamoto station on a recent trip to Kyushu. I asked the shopkeeper for a recommendation and he recommended this one. 🍶. This is my first time to try Kumamoto sake 😊. It is light on the palate, well balanced and easy to drink 🍶😊. This sake is only sold in the prefecture, so I guess I was lucky to come across it? I only had a taste of it today, so next time I will enjoy it while savoring it 😅🍶.

Rice used is Yamadanishiki from Kumamoto Prefecture Summer sake? It has a crisp and refreshing taste. It goes down well. ❗️

Huh? The Taido I just drank at the station was dry, but this is sweet. It even has a sourness to it. I think junmai sake is better for eating. The aftertaste is long, too.
