Huh? The Taido I just drank at the station was dry, but this is sweet. It even has a sourness to it. I think junmai sake is better for eating.
The aftertaste is long, too.

Taido Blue Junmai Ginjo Namaisouzou.
Mr. Bouken was pushing me to taste the one I had never seen before from Taido.
It was a refreshing summer sake, but it also had a nice umami flavor and sharpness.
I always come back to try Taido later in the day.

I keep regretting that I missed out on buying Kame-no-o for Taido 😿.
